What?

Who?
I’m a qualified NLP Practitioner, Timeline Therapist and have a Certificate in Life Coaching. I’ve spent the last nine years pursuing the area of self development for my own interests after suffering a serious head injury while bungy jumping in New Zealand. The surgery and after effects of the accident left me with a lot to think about and a lot to question. I’m passionate about self development and finding fulfilment in life.
I have a first class Bsc (Hons) degree in Business and have enjoyed a career in the television and media industry. I’ve travelled extensively which has opened the doors to a myriad of new experiences and cultures which, in turn, has given me a very valuable insight into what’s achieveable in our lives.
When?
That’s up to you to decide. If you feel the time is right and you are ready to move forward in life to achieve the things you want then I’m looking forward to working with you. If you are not sure (or if things are bearable enough to take no action at this time) I am available to talk things through via e-mail or telephone. Only you know when the time is right and I’ll be here when that time comes. How?
LifeAdvisor is available wherever you are, whenever you are. I work either face-to-face or on the telephone and each method of working is as successful as the other.
Client feedback
Thanks a lot Heather. I've been putting of starting my project for months and could always find something better to do. With your help and guidance I've now I've made a start, I've found it's not half as bad as I had imagined and I am actually enjoying doing it!
Mrs M.T. (Leeds)
I just wanted to say thanks so much for your help. I feel like I have something to work towards now which has made me feel so much better.
Miss J.C. (West Yorkshire)
I feel like I've opened a new chapter of my book. I've lost four pounds so far but, more than that, I'm starting to see food for what it really is. You're so right about habits, you CAN change them. My habit is so much healthier now and I am beginning to trust that you don't have to make massive changes. I'll continue to eat 'mindfully' and look forward to the wedding (not dread it!). Thanks so much.
Miss S.R (Leeds)
Heather, I just thought I'd write to let you know that things have been going really well since we met. My motivation has soared in the last few months and my book is now nearing its completion! Thanks for all your help and watch this space!
Mr J.R. (Swindon)
