What do I have to do?
Working with a coach helps you to achieve much more than you could on your own. We work together as a partnership on a regular basis for a pre-determined length of time. As the coach, I am responsible for leading the sessions. I help you to identify what area of your life you want to concentrate on, and how you can set goals. Change is a commitment. As the client, you are responsible for attending sessions and completing homework tasks. Coaching is different for everyone. We'll work together to find the quickest and most effective method for you.

How much will this cost?
I offer an initial twenty minute free consultation which allows me to assess your individual requirements. I can then recommend a plan that will bring maximum benefit to you in the shortest amount of time. As a guide, clients find that around three sessions a month for three months works very well. You can choose what and when works best for you.
Face-to-face coaching in Leeds: £50 per 50 minute session
Face-to-face coaching elsewhere: £50 per 50 minute session + £20 per hour mileage
Personal telephone coaching: £45 per 50 minute session
One face-to-face session per month (50 minutes) + e-mail coaching: £80 per month
One telephone session per month (50 minutes) + e-mail coaching: £70 per month
- Payment is taken by cheque or bank transfer monthly in advance or with a credit card, by PayPal.
- Clients are able to reschedule or cancel sessions by giving at least 24 hours notice.
- Should the client not be available to work with the Coach at the agreed time, the client may be charged for the session, unless cancellation or request for a reschedule has been notified to the Coach in writing or e-mail, 24 hours in advance.
- If the client is late for their appointment they will only be due the amount of coaching time still outstanding within the agreed session time, but will be charged for the full session.
